Location access is essential for the RIDEX app to function correctly. Without it, we cannot match you with nearby drivers or enable accurate navigation.
Your location data is used strictly for:
- Matching you with the nearest available driver
- Enabling seamless pickup and drop-off navigation
- Displaying real-time ride routes on the map
Your location is only accessed while the app is active and in use. We do not track your location in the background.

Data Sharing

You have full control over your RIDEX account. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you may submit a deletion request through our support team.
To request account deletion, contact us via the Help section in the app. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

When updates occur, the revised date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continuing to use the RIDEX app after any changes means you accept the revised policy.
